Pros: The front desk personnel are very understanding and lenient. They have a heart for people and I can tell money is not there main focus which is very rare. Best motel so far

Cons: There's a police station next door and these pigs are on the prowl every 5 minutes going in circles around the block. Been pulled over and searched everyday twice in one day before

10 day stay wonderful

Pros: The Riverside Police department is right next door along with event Sports bar you can walk there and also a grocery store is right across the street and del taco is right next door so you don't have to drive. I felt that the staff was friendly

Cons: They didn't have an ice machine or any coffee and they closed the main lobby so there was no microwave

It's a pleasant, quaint little hotel that is filled with surprises.

Pros: I had read some reviews of this place before I booked with them. A word that I remember reading was DISAPPOINTING. I was worried about that up to the point of booking with them but when I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The size was larger than expected and surprisingly clean and well kept. I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Cons: Wifi was spotty at best and was on and off during my stay. I was able to do what I needed to do but it just took longer than usual to get started and finished.

Pros: The room and the staff are the best ever the manager is a very kind and understanding guy and very kind to my kids and the maids, and maintenance guy is very kind as well I give it a big 10

Pros: The staff has wonderful customer service they are very nice and respectful and that's why I keep going back no matter what's going on there.this is the most affordable and that helps out a lot .
