Best Western Diamond Bar Hotel & Suites

Nice cozy quiet area

Pros: Very clean interior! Room was huge & very clean! Very quiet at night, only occasion noise from the cars on the motorway. Other than that, this motel is an ideal place to stay! ALthough outside looked pretty standard, inside the room was perfect! AC in the room was very easy to control; you can leave it on all night long if you choose to. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying here. Location wise is also very nice because it's located next to this big plaza of fast food restaurants & supermarkets like sprouts, McDonald's CVS etc in Diamond Bar! So that was very good!

Cons: Breakfast could've been a bit better if they offered more than just bread & eggs. And I wished the front desk staff can be a bit more friendlier that would've been better.

Pros: I liked the size of the room and the cellphone casting connection to the television.

Cons: I don't like that we have to check out by 11 a.m. but thats mostly any hotel you go to. For the most part a very great stay here!

Pros: I liked that the rooms were big and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The hotel was a little hard to find because it's tucked away on an off street. I also didn't like that I couldn't find where the ice was. There was also a lot of construction going on which was irritating.

Pros: Location was close to our event. I forgot my curly iron, and they hold it for me, they have an honest staff. Definitely, I'll stay in the future and I recommend.

Pros: The location is close to stores and the freeway. The room was big and the bed was comfy.

Cons: The towels need some tlc..or just to be tossed out after you see they looked like they’ve been used to clean dust off the table. Those stains are not coming out. The pillows were half the size as well, like a decorative pillow size, not sure what that was about but they did the job.

Overall, a great location, clean, well maintained, quiet enviroment. Good value, helpful staff.

Pros: the breakfast was more complete than we had read it would be. Very happy for the upgrade with yogurt and waffles.

Cons: the bed had a noise, coming from the pedestal part, room 159. When we had to move to another room, there was no noisy pedestal.

Pros: The room is clean and spacious. We love the interior—there are two queen beds and a sofa on the side. Under the TV, there's a long table with a small study lamp. The room is comfortable. It also includes a mini fridge, an iron, and an ironing board. Very good price!

Cons: There’s no complimentary water provided during breakfast—they only offer juice and coffee. You’ll need to bring your own water.

This place can use some divider to block the fwy and noises but overall it is still a very nice.

Pros: Cleanliness of the facility and huge place. Love how everything was updated and the amount of lighting available.

Cons: There was no ventilation in the restroom. The bathroom was small. Shower door did not close tightly so water was splashing out. HAVC was hard to understand.
