Pros: The staff worked there magic and got us into our room 4 hours earlier than check in time. The bed was so comfortable

Pros: A good location since it is near LAX International Airport; shuttle buses are available, but you must schedule your pick-up.

Cons: You have to pay $150 USD for insurance and expect to get your money back in 30 days because you used an international card.

Pros: Breakfast is great. Though we have to share with 2 more.

Cons: The complimentary breakfast of 2 but we are all 4 in that room.

Great value and good location near LAX for a layover

Pros: Great value and convenient to airport with the shuttle. Rooms were good size with good facilities. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a supermarket, fast food outlets , 7- eleven. Metro nearby too. 1 dollar public bus possible from short walk from the hotel to Manhattan beach, if you have some time and want to relax in between flights.

Cons: Some rooms have a little noise from the road. Rooms a little dated and smell of cigarettes in one room. Late check in time and charged to check in early even when they had lots of availability

Pros: Handy to airport, good shuttle service, coin laundry

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t usual buffet. You could choose 1 Starbucks dispenser coffee, 1 x muffin and 1 x bagel.

Fantastic overnight stay near LAX

Pros: Great location and really nice to have a free airport shuttle. The room was spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. It was perfect for an overnight layover.

Cons: We had to wait for a long time for the shuttle and each shuttle from the airport was extremely full.

Pros: Location was great close to lax, staff friendly and breakfast was good, shuttle drivers both to and from were friendly and helpful

Pros: just a few minutes to drive from the airport, free airport shuttle and veeery comfortable beds!! spacious, cozy rooms and the reception staff was so so friendly!! :-)

Pros: The bed was espectacular The room is big enough We enjoy our stay

Cons: The room was for four people and they just gave us breakfast for two. The parking is $35 per night. I really expected that the parking was free of charge during our stay. Looks like a hidden fee, not agree with that.

Pros: Proximity to the airport and quick access to Metro Rail link.

Cons: The airport shuttles could be better arranged. It appears that the communication between shuttle operator and hotel is sometimes lacking. I will be better informed next time but I would imagine for first timers, this will be very hard.
