Pros: Location, the hotel has a rooftop pool and restaurant.

Cons: The queen bed was quite low to the ground and had a step up to the bed that had the effect of reducing the available floor space. The bathroom shower area was surrounded by full length glass rather than a traditional wall.

Pros: Super friendly staff, great gym in house and good location.

Cons: Beds are on the tiny side if you are 6.3 ft

Pros: Bedroom facilities were very good - clean and spacious.

Cons: Service at the rooftop terace restaurant was slow - 20 mins before anyone took an order - but the views made up for it!

Pros: Excellent Location, close to the shopping center and bus terminal, close to the metro station, and also restaurants are very close

Cons: The bar inside was not always available and due to the rain, the top roof bar was not opened every day.

Pros: I stayed here because i flew from the UK to LA to see Yb in concert , i stayed for a week, the staff were really nice, complimentary $50 from hotel upon your stay , clean , safe , local to eveything like metros , food , smoke shops etc.

Cons: Because i stayed for a week , when i was booking it said nothing about £100 deposit per night on here , so when i arrived to the hotel i had to pay £500 when i got to the hotel . Imagine if i didnt even have the money and it highlighted nowhere online about that. That kind took away alot of my spending money for the trip so thats the only thing.

Pros: The hotel's location and the courtesy of the staff. Very good cleanliness and the food and drink offered for breakfast.

Cons: Reception staff should speak at least two languages, not just English.

Hotel with points for improvement

Pros: The room was beautiful and spacious. The rooftop terrace was nicely decorated with a restaurant and a pool.

Cons: Stayed for three nights, from the first day we noticed the dirty carpets in the hallway . The elevator was torture, will it come or not and which one works . You are not allowed to park your car yourself; some drivers are not very careful with your (rental) car. A notable fact: after more than 5,000 miles without problems, we were confronted twice with a flat tire after driving out of the parking lot. You should know that after the first flat tire, we received a replacement car, and the same rear tire also lost air after leaving this parking. By the way, on the other side, parking costs much less.
