Grand Inn

I am fully satisfied with the staying at Grand Inn.

Pros: The water system were perfect to beused. Many hotel water pressure is not enough, but Grand Inn has enough to use hot and cold water as if I am in my home. The linens and towels were very clean, the cleaning staff try her best to keep room clean. Thanks for their managements and I appreciate it highly. I will definitely come back here again next time, when I come this area again.

Cons: All is satisfied but the security in this area is some worry. But it is not the responsibility of Grand Inn. If you pay common attention, there would be no problem.

Pros: $$$ was the most impressive for the area. For the service received booking on a weekend!!!

Very nice, accommodating, well worth the price paid.

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, coffee in the morning was nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: I walked on the carpet with bare feet and carpet felt slightly sticky--kind of like not fully rinsed out of cleaning fluid. But I brought my slippers so just wore those.

Pros: The service was excellent, very professional and accommodating

Pros: The location was good. Not too far from Disneyland. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rates were great.

Cons: We booked two rooms. One was great, the others carpet seemed to need cleaning or replacement.

Great for price.

Pros: Affordable, comfy, clean, solid stay. Quiet. The room was big, spacious for the price. It had solid furniture. Got the job done. Hardly any complaints.

Cons: It’s clean in a sense that you have good cleaning services, but the room had a lingering cigarette smell and is a bit outdated. Gave me a “been smoked in since 1990s” to be honest. No offense lol.

Boa localização, conforto e praticidade.

Pros: Localização, colchão confortável. Não servem café da manhã mas oferecem café para os hóspedes e micro-ondas.

Cons: Carpete não estava limpo. A cama de ferro é maior que o colchão e machuca nas quinas.

Pros: The staff were above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Especially Michael from the front desk, he was very approachable, he catered to my every need, he made sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

My stay was excellent.

Pros: I liked everything, my kids even got in the pool and they can’t wait to go back.

Cons: That they turned off the a/c
