Amazing hotel with amazing hotel employees.

Pros: Everything is just amazing, perfect location, room was big, beautiful equipped, perfectly clean. Everything we could ask for, hotel staff solved and helped right away, they were so helpful and friendly , nothing is hard for them. I honestly have no more words to express my happiness that I’ve stayed here and would choose this hotel again definitely. Thank you so much for your effort!

Amazing stay in West Hollywood

Pros: Great central location, felt safe & the rooms were stunning!

Cons: The restaurant prices are extortionate! Never seen prices like it!

Excellent accommodation and perfect location.

Pros: The rooms were large and very comfortable. The hotel location was excellent - just a block from Santa Monica Blvd. We could walk to choose from a variety of restaurants, bars, etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Parking was expensive - $65/night. We also had a problem with one of the lights in the room that was on a movement sensor. It kept switching on when we were already in bed. The front desk seemed to be aware of the problem and suggested we stuff a scarf or other material in the overhead light to block it.

Pros: Great location in West Hollywood, everything we wanted walking distance. Rooms were big and comfortable. The rooftop pool was great and the restaurant facilities at the roof also fantastic

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel

Pros: Great location in WeHo, beautifully appointed room, very nice pool area, cozy bar. Bar staff were super friendly & fun.

Cons: I’ve never stayed in a hotel (and I’ve stayed in hundreds) that doesn’t service the rooms daily. This hotel only services every 3 days which, for the price is ridiculous. Some reception staff need to learn to smile.

Pros: Super comfortable, nice neighbourhood, close to lots of amenities. Love the complimentary coffee in the mornings. The staff are lovely.

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff were relatively friendly and the vibes were good. The room was very spacious and all the finishings were of a very high standard, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The rooftop pool was very cool and provided great views of the city. The location is great, and ideal for exploring West Hollywood, while also being on a quiet, residential street.

Cons: Only one elevator was working the whole time during my stay. When I asked if it was being fixed, I was assured it was, but nothing happened! I sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes just to get to my room or the parking lot! The daily parking is very expensive, and should be included in the price. I would have been fine without the valet service! I enjoyed having a balcony, but there was no furniture on it, not even a simple chair to sit on.
