Hollywood Hills Hotel

Overall I really like the hotel.

Pros: This hotel has a perfect location with a beautiful view!

Cons: Some of the things in the room were a bit old. For example the shower handle is broken and the sofa was so brown on certain places, it’s nice that they remodeled and repainted though.

Great stay if you are looking for a quiet mid price Hollywood hotel.

Pros: I booked this hotel for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl I attended. Only 20 minute walk to the venue. I had read some bad reviews saying the hotel was falling apart and the area was dangerous, so I was a bit dubious before I arrived. The hotel was very clear and professional with their communication. My room key was sent earlier than expected. I was able to buy parking ($35 per day) right outside my room. The room was excellent, the view I had was stunning. It’s large enough to sit out with a table. Very clean room with kitchen area, sofa, king size bed, and large bathroom. The area is very quiet and safe and only 5 minutes from the main Hollywood strip. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Not really a complaint, but the door access didn’t work one time, I text the reception team and they sorted it out within 2 minutes.

Pros: I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hollywood Hills Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the Walk of Fame, which made exploring LA super convenient. Room service was great, and the staff were always friendly, responsive, and professional. A special thank you to the team for helping arrange a late checkout and for being so understanding when I had a small issue with the room access — they handled it with kindness and efficiency. Even though the pool wasn’t open during my stay, everything else more than made up for it, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again (hopefully when the pool is ready!). Big thanks to everyone at the hotel — you made my visit to LA even better! – Ioannis

Cons: The only downside was a minor issue with the QR code access on the last day, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally.

Pros: Exceptional location. Apartment are well equipped spacious, beds are great and complex is quiet. Price is very competitive. Parking is convenient

Cons: Check-in process can be tricky but explains the price. The front-desk is available through whatsapp or phone to help you if needed. The surrounding looks abandoned, good cleanup would be great.

Pros: Beautiful placed on the hillside. Green surroundings, great view over the city. Comfortable bed, nice balcony. Pretty pool area great for a swim and hang out.

Cons: Online check-in with QR-codes and chat was a bit confusing at first. The place would need some paint and handy-man love & care. Parking a bit pricey (35$ a day)

Pros: Perfekt stay, quiet neighborhood. Nice view from balcony. Very clean and nice staff.

Beautiful location in the Hollywood hills.

Pros: The location is perfect, very central. Beautiful views of the hills and downtown LA. The suite was spacious and very bright with a huge terrace overlooking downtown. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept really well. Even if there are no front desk, the staff was extremely prompt to respond to my concerns and questions over texts. It is great to have parking on site.

Cons: The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and rundown, and all patched up. The vanity’s doors were locked, shut with tie-wrap and underneath it was all moldy and stinky. The bath was gross, and the shower faucet was barely working. It’s too bad because otherwise this was an amazing suite to spend a few nights. The pool was not working either. The water was all trouble and green.

Remarkable studio, spacious comfortable and clean. Great value when so close to Hollywood Blvd.

Pros: Huge studio, very clean and comfortable. Quiet location at top of steep hill so be prepared for steep ascent. Benefits from lovely views and peaceful location within 10mins walk of Hollywood Blvd.

Cons: Could benefit from being a little more secure at entry gate.

Pros: - great location. Hidden away from the streets, but only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hollywood - insane view, really amazing to wake up to (Room 402) - helpful staff (via telephone) - good TV - good Kitchen equipment - balcony with furniture - good sized room/bed

Cons: - bed sheets not changed while we stayed for 6 nights (towels were changed/bins emptied) - room could do with a fresh paint - shower head needs replacing - there are no staff on site. - should really label itself as Hollywood Hills Apartments and not Hotel, as it does not have the functions of a hotel, and from the outside looks like a motel - not a complaint, but this hotel sits at the top of a steep hill, with no sidewalk. Worth mentioning for guests with mobility issues. - was aware of this before, but you can hear people stomping about upstairs.

Pros: te view to downwtown LAits great, the coffe shop that ts at the entrance of the restaurant has delicious food and smoothies great for a quick breackfast or dinner, room was big and confortable
