Magic Castle Hotel

The magic castle hotel really lives up to its name.

Pros: The staff were absolute superstars. The complementary Breakfast, Drinks, Snacks, ice cream,roaming magician and free laundry services were phenomenal. Watching the excitement of the kids in the 24hr heated pool order popsicles on the phone was so fun to watch. The location was excellent and we were lucky enough to dine at the magic castle and experience the incredible talent, shows and food. This property itself isn’t the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in but the bed was super comfortable ( I like it super soft ) and the facilities and staff definitely made it the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Cons: Although It didn’t bother us, the property doesn’t have an elevator so if you struggle with stairs it might be an idea to ask for a room on the bottom floor.

Pros: The complimentary services, especially the ones for the kids and the staff, especially Kevin were exceptional 😃 i loved that i could relax on our verandah and still see and hear the kids in the pool!!! Having a magician there to entertain the kids was just amazing! Staff engagement with the kids was next level!!! The furniture was old but in a way that it added to the charm of the place and was in no way a negative. We have all said this was our favourite accommodation out of the 19 places we stayed on during our holiday. We would all go back in a heartbeat 💓

Cons: The one and only negative i could put was no elevator but because everything else was so great it just didn't matter!!! So we essentially have no negatives at all 😃

Pros: From the moment we arrived and were given champagne, it was a magical stay in a wonderful place with staff that were extremely attentive and wonderful. The kids loved the snacks and the popsicle phone.

Pros: The property was just amazing for families. The kids thought it was the best, the staff especially Kevin were awesome and let’s say the laundry service was the icing on the cake for this travelling mum

Cons: Everything was fine, the room was a little out dated and the was limited lighting in the room, it was no problem though.

Pros: What a great little quirky hotel. Kids loved the popsicle hotline and complimentary snacks and ice cream.

Cons: The beds were not overly comfortable.

Honestly this place is really magical, kind staff. Would stay again and again!

Pros: Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing was too complicated and they were always there to help!

Cons: There are stairs so if you have mobility issues make sure you ask for a ground floor lodging

Best family fun experience ever!

Pros: The overall experience is the best we have ever had. No the rooms aren't very fancy, but the staff goes above and beyond to give you the best time. Their friendliness together with all the extras, like the heated pool, the free snacks, the popsicle line, movie nights etc makes it the best experience ever! The kids didn't want to leave. Thank you SO much for everything!! We loved staying with you!

Pros: The staff were amazing and friendly. The perks of laundry, ice-cream, drinks, breakfast and ice blocks made the kids and parents very happy. The pool was fun and open 24/7 so the kids could enjoy it after a long day out sight seeing.
