Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel.

Pros: The hotel itself is nice and the location is very good and convenient.

Cons: However, our room was not ready on time, which was disappointing. The staff offered us a better room as compensation, and we appreciate that gesture. Still, we would like to point out that a better room was not really necessary for us. Since we were unable to access our room at the scheduled time, a late check-out would have been a more suitable solution. I asked for a late check-out several times, but instead of considering this request, the staff continued to offer only a room upgrade. While we understand that they wanted to compensate us, the focus seemed to be solely on providing a better room rather than addressing what we actually needed. Additionally, our room was located on a higher floor, and we had to carry very large and heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs ourselves. Unfortunately, because of this, I strained my back. We strongly believe that luggage should be delivered to the room, especially when it is on higher floors. In summary, our overall experience was good, but there are areas where service could be improved — particularly regarding timely room preparation, better flexibility with late check-out requests, and assistance with luggage.

Pros: The hotel itself was very beautiful there were renovations going on but was not a problem.

Cons: The nightly tax of $150 was way over the top and there were a lot of stairs to navigate. The wasn’t much around the area need a uber to get around

Pros: This place is perpect!! The rooms are really big and beautiful, this hotel is really special and the experience was so unique and such a good welcome to the United States. The staff are the best! Very nice, kind and helpful. Felt at home, surely will come back

Pros: Everything. Perfect location if you want to visit westwood, beverly hills, sunset strip or melrose district, everything is reachable by bus, bus stop in front of the hotel, the neighborhood is very pretty, the service is awesome, the rooms are soo exclusive and sooo pretty, always clean and tidy, the gym is cozy and never crowded, the pool area is really pretty, i have grown fond of the employees all of them are very kind and lovely, I had no issues during my stay, it was the best hotel i‘ve ever stayed in, thanks

Pros: The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to Zenaida who couldn’t do enough for me as a solo traveller. I will be visiting this hotel again in the future for sure

If I return to LA I would stay here again.

Pros: I loved this hotel for its quaint but polished feeling. It was very close walking distance to Westfeild shopping through a very beautiful Beverly Hills street that felt very safe. Great public transportation commute options and centrally located to visit all areas of LA.

Cons: Perhaps some bottles of water in the mini bar and tea bags.

Great stay

Pros: Nice location and always felt safe. Bus stop out the front which was handy before we got our hire car. Staff were all lovely. Complex although older style in exceptional condition and looked after. Room was a great size. Housekeeping were perfect and always got in there when we were out for the day.

Cons: There are a fair few stairs and no lifts throughout the complex but only an issue with bags which they offer to sort for you. Not super close to shops and food.
