Great location to stay

Pros: Located in a safe and quiet area, close to UCLA, supermarkets and public transportation. Fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer in the room were very convenient for the stay. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Pricy for us. Staff knocked and use key card to enter our room 7 O’clock in the morning! for phone check or something, and it happened again half an hour later, we were quite shocked.

Convenient location for Westwood

Pros: The location and being so close to Westwood is very convenient. The design and the rooftop terrace is lovely. Bathroom was comfortable. The room was stocked and refreshed every day.

Cons: The room was smaller than we were expecting. Didn’t have a sofa/bed even though our booking said it would have. The exercise equipment or lack of it was a bit disappointing. Only very heavy weights and no exercise mats.

Overall excellent

Pros: Very good spacious rooms, clean and overall very good hotel

Cons: Only negative I can say - is that when I arrived, the previous guests trash was still in the trash can under the sink.

Pros: Beautiful roof top, unfortunately I only discovered this on the second to last day of my stay, as it was not mentioned during check-in. In general the staff was very friendly, except for the person checking me in who seemed to want to get that over with as quickly as possible and didn’t really introduce the hotel at all.

Staying here feels comfortable and reassuring, like returning to a familiar home.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, impeccably clean, and both the building and rooms are beautiful. The staff are exceptionally friendly. I always stay here whenever I come to Los Angeles. Very satisfied.

Cons: Nope

Pros: Amazing amenities, could not ask for more. The kitchen and laundry in the unit ensured a homey stay and some privacy in this filthy city. Bathroom was great, some interesting views over the rooftops.

Cons: Beds too soft. Almost like a trampoline.

Pros: Very comfortable queen exec suite. It’s a charming property. For us the convenience of the stove fridge micro was great. The room was spacious & very comfortable. Fantastic location - walking from Trader Joe’s & target

Pros: Great service! The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and friendly. They also provided a lot of water, which is so nice when you're traveling.

My family had a wonderful time to stay here

Pros: I stayed here with family for 25 nights. The small hotel is beautiful, friendly and attentive staff and close to UCLA.

Cons: We have total 3 persons and third person needs to sleep on rollaway bed, the rollaway bed is too too soft and our back hurts after 25 nights (me and my daughter rotated to sleep on it) staff tried to add one more mattress for us but it didn’t work still too too soft, we sank in the bed when we slept on it.

Pros: This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The location is perfect—right next to UCLA, with convenient access to target/trader Joe and restaurants. Though small, the property feels charmingly retro and stylish, making it a great Instagrammable spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly resolving any requests we had. Our studio room was compact but cozy, and we especially loved the two sunny balconies—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The kitchen, however, was a bit cramped and had basic cooking tools. The dishwasher required pre-rinsing dishes to get them properly clean (a minor hassle for longer stays). On the bright side, the washer and dryer were total lifesavers—fast, quiet, and efficient!
