Very good

Pros: This is my first time stay in Holiday Inn west LA. Very surpeised. Very Satisfied. Looks like it’s a new hotel. Very very clean and new style. especially the bathroom. Good breakfast and it’s free. Good place and I can go anywhere conveniently. Although it beside freeway but I feel ok and have a good sleep. If you hard to have deep sleep, you can choose the room towards otherside. Every people I met are very very nice in this hotel. They also provide water and toothpaste toothbrush. Very good. Cheap price in Santa Monica Blvd, but good value. I will Choose this hotel next time I come to LA. Much appreciated. Forget to take photos but their official photos on Website is real.

Great stay, close to it all

Pros: Location is good although like any major city you have to travel to see the city. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and tidy.

Pros: Clean and modern room. Decent breakfast. Quite conveniently located, but as it's near a freeway that's generally always busy, if you are sensitive to sound, you might want to have ear plugs.

An enjoyable family stay during our 1st holiday trip to LA, California United States.

Exceeded my expectations. Ideal location, friendly staff, safe, clean and good value for money!

Pros: The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly particularly Mya who looked after us at the front desk. The breakfast was an added bonus and had a nice selection. I enjoyed the turkey bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, juices, tea, chocolate muffins and bagels with cream cheese and jam. We chose the location to be close to Santa Monica beach and the surrounding area felt safe. Also being close to the freeway made it quick to get around via Uber. Also loved being on the second floor which opened onto the break out area where the Breakfast buffet is served.

Cons: The air conditioner is loud when warming up, but didn't mind the noise as it did a good job keeping our room cool. Very minor - there was a coffee machine in our room which we enjoyed but was a bit tricky if you wanted hot water. We tended to go out to the main break out area on the same floor to get hot water from the urn.

Great value!

Pros: I liked the location, it was very easy to drive from the hotel to all our destinations. Breakfast was great for the price. It was super convenient to have a microwave and a mini bar in the room. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly.

Cons: I would like a better shower, with more water pressure. But the water was warm and the shower worked properly.
