Friendly staff, good area, good for a couple not solo traveller.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, good value for money. Lots of tourist attractions near by. Nice outdoor area to sit in the sun. Bathroom mirror was great for getting ready. Lots of fresh towels and snacks and drinks downstairs, happy hour is also offered. Highlight of the stay was definitely friendly staff, very willing to accomodate and help you out.

Cons: As a solo traveller I probably wouldn’t return, walls are thin and you can hear people above and below you. My bed was right next to the door and windows so felt exposed. Probably needed a bit of a deeper clean, was slightly dusty.

great for what i needed - an individual needing a convenient location for business meetings.

Pros: cleaning room cost more - which i didn't know beforehand. but i always request not to have the room cleaned, so personally was not disappointed! but just so that you should know. happy hour was a really nice touch - glass of wine, but not more creative than that. they were happy to accept parcels which was very convenient and helpful. nice big room with comfortable large beds.

Cons: no breakfast, but i knew that beforehand.

Rooms were nice and clean

Pros: Good for the money in LA. Rooms were a very good size and very clean.

Cons: Staff were a little grumpy, specifically the receptionist male. There were construction works going on in the hotel which started early so the noise was a little annoying

Simple but nice at a high price!

Pros: Location was great. Close to all the destinations we had in our list. Room was very good compared to the overall setup. Washroom was spacious and clean.

Cons: The facility can be cleaner. Room was very clean but the lobby, common areas and elevator can be cleaner. We were told a cleaner was available every two days.

Pros: The location was great, and one of the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and stylish.

Cons: Some staff weren’t helpful or particularly friendly. Big sections outside were roped off and in disrepair. The front and foyer didn’t match expectations, although the room was great which is definitely the biggest thing.

Pros: The location was perfect if you have a car since it is in the center of LA's best touristy areas. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: The aircon was a bit loud and the when the shower is on the sound is very high.

Absolutely loved it!

Pros: Loved the comfort! I’ve never slept better — hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t want to get up in the morning! Highly recommend if you value a good night’s sleep.

Cons: Bed was very squeaky, hot water for shower lacking and slow to turn on
