Great place and good value for money

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and the staff were really helpful - they even gave us a parking permit so we could park on the street right outside!

Pros: staff was very kind. location is very good whick you can walk to grove mall, erewhon, Trader Joe, wholfoods market. room is big.

Good location and great property

Pros: Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable and we loved the breakfast included each day. Staff were all so lovely also.

Pros: Good neighbourhood, comfortable bed, with all the essentials we needed for a 3-nights stay. Breakfast was exactly as specified in the property description: not good, not bad either. Perfect for a quick bite before heading out for sightseeing.

Cons: I would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room. The cleaning lady was very prompt in the morning, she wanted to take out the garbage at 8-9 in the morning when we were still in our pyjamas.

great neighbourhood, clean, safe, comfortable and friendly staff

Pros: Clean, comfortable, great neighbourhood, very friendly and helpful staff and generally a lovely old school feel to the place (as opposed to alienating large global hotels). Exceptional service: we accidentally left an expensive electric toothbrush and they not only recovered it, but also mailed it to our next destination (we paid for postage). They also helped with parking spot - gave us permits and physically showed us where to park in the street. Highly recommended

The hotel was a gem in a sea of stones

Pros: As a light eater I found it sufficient and having coffee and tea available 24 hrs was perfect. Thank you for calling taxis for me daily, it made me feel safer knowing someone knew I was in transit

Cons: A full length mirror would’ve been helpful
