An amazing stay with great service, perfect location, and an unforgettable atmosphere

Pros: The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The overall atmosphere was vibrant yet welcoming.

Cons: Honestly, everything met my expectations. If I had to mention something, perhaps minor details like occasional hallway noise, but nothing that affected my overall experience.

Cons: A coffee machine would have been appreciated inside the room

Pros: Beautiful place, staff are amazing, food at the bar was excellent. Walking distance from a lot of entertainment and restaurants!

Sehr modernes Hotel mit tollem Pool!

Pros: Sehr schönes Hotel, super komfortable Zimmer! Betten waren ein Traum, Badezimmer auch richtig modern! Pool am Dach war ein absolutes Highlight, auch die Stimmung tagsüber (es war eine Party) war TOP. Waren die einzigen mit Kinder aber hat niemanden gestört, alle waren relaxed! Absolute Empfehlung!

Cons: Das Restaurant hatte kein freundliches Personal, die Kellner standen oft rum und tratschten anstatt zu bedienen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir nicht frühstücken weil wir 45 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten hätten müssen (Reisen mit 3 Kindern). Das darf für Hotelgäste nicht passieren, die müssen immer Priorität haben.

Pros: Pulizia e arredi moderni e raffinati. Bar e ristorante molto belli, in generale l’hotel è elegante ed il personale dalla reception e del parcheggio è prestante e gentile.

Cons: Aria condizionata eccessiva alta lungo i corridoi dei piani

Pros: Idéalement situé à West Hollywood. Une pause luxueuse et raffinée bienvenue dans notre roadrip. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, et confortable. La literie est confortable, enveloppante et ferme à la fois! Grande baie vitrée lumineuse (nous étions en étage élevé), la grande banquette située à mi hauteur m’a souvent accueilli pour quelques instants méditatifs à observer les vas et viens d’Hollywood Boulevard. Le personnel toujours souriant et attentionné, le Wet Floor et sa piscine en rooftop, notre barman, l’offre de restaurant au rdc avec ses espaces intérieurs/exterieurs, Idéal pour un lunch au calme ou un dîner plus animé. La salle fitness, au calme et très bien équipée avec du matériel récent et bien entretenu. Un deuxième séjour pour moi dans cet établissement qui a confirmé ma première impression. J’y reviendrai !

Cons: La musique parfois un peu forte au wet floor, et la climatisation bien trop froide dans les étages. Il manque une machine à espresso dans les chambres, même si un espace café libre service au rdc est présent.

Friendly, inviting, clean, relaxed.

Pros: Cleanliness, polite staff, everyone greeted us making us feel very much welcomed, the room we stayed in was beautiful. The location was absolutely convenient and walking distance to everything.

Cons: Can’t say there was something I didn’t like, it was overall a great place.
