Pros: The property is very homey and comfortable. The location as well is close to Hollywood Blvd and some food stops.

Pros: We stayed at the end of April and loved the decor, the showers, the beds, the comfortable furniture, the location and the easy and intuitive access to the house. ps: The host was very attentive throughout the stay

Rock n roll heaven

Pros: Stunning apartment just beside Hollywood boulavard. Big kitchen diner and open plan living room. Really comfy beds with two big bathrooms.A real oasis in Hollywood. Loved it didn’t want to leave. Very easy communication with hosts.

Pros: loved it, 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and a big living room/kitchen - codes on the side gate and back door (access route) felt safe and secure. the street it’s situated on was charming despite the wider area having a bit of hollywood grittiness about it. Very walkable distance to a supermarket (trader Joe’s) and a couple of places to eat, with the famous hollywood stuff nearby too if that’s what you like. Hiked down from Griffith observatory in under an hour one day. Great place to stay - staff were really on it. Comprehensive instructions on access and facilities. big thumbs up.

Cons: 1) в одной из ванных комнат была засорена раковина 2) служба поддержки отвечает с очень большими опозданиями. Для оперативности они предлагают звонить, но если вы иностранец и у вас очень дорогой международный роуминг - это очень неудобно 3) очень тонкие стены - слышно, как кашляют соседи и включают воду в душе

Pros: I liked that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. we never used the living room, but it was quite large and great if you have a lot of friends or even a family staying there. there was also a clothing steamer in the closet, which was great. I didn’t realize it and I brought my own, but if I return to the area, I’ll know to ask. The customer service was fantastic! I highly recommend staying with AvantStay if for no other reason and that you get to speak to a human being immediately and they follow up!

Cons: It was confusing to get into however, the staff helped me get it straight. There was no entrance from the street. There could have been however a lock wasn’t put on the door.

Great place for a lot of eventful places and the big factor that it was very organized and clean.

Pros: Property was very clean and had secured gates to keep the place safe.

Cons: This place gives off nice vibes and gives enough space for a family to stay at for relaxing.

Supero mis expectativas

Pros: Me gusto mucho los detalles, todo estaba nuevo, de buen gusto, se nota que había preocupación por el cliente. Todo funcionaba bien. Hemos pasado un muy buen tiempo, se nos hizo corto.

Cons: La ubicación es buena, pero la zona se veía un poco insegura, pero todo era percepción.
