Spacious, clean, elegant

Pros: The suites are extremely comfortable, elegant, and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Cons: Although it’s a great place with a great location, I still believe the price is a little high. And the cost for overnight parking I also find it pricey.

Can’t wait to come back!!!

Pros: Level 4 of the property had a 8am-10pm steam room, pool, spa, basketball court and seating area!! And a 24 hour gym! Sooo epic to have these facilities!!

Cons: We enjoyed everything about this property, they didn’t have oven trays in the oven for us but we asked reception and they delivered about 15 mins later! So epic!!!

Professionally fronted apartment hotel in DTLA

Pros: Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and was very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed having a full kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher amongst other utensils. It's really handy having a front desk and this was professionally staffed. All my interactions with staff either met or exceeded my expectations. Finally, I enjoyed the view and the balcony.

Clean, modern, and well-equipped—Level was the perfect base for daily living and easy city access.

Pros: I had a great stay at Level LA. The property was clean, modern, and perfectly located for easy access to everything. The apartment was well-equipped with all essentials for daily living, including a gym that added extra convenience. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

Very happy with my stay, spacious, convenient accommodation, perfect pool and hot tub.

Pros: The suite was spacious, clean, conveniently organised with fully equipped kitchen and with washer-dryer. Perfect for a family trip for short as well as extended stays.

Cons: The hallways could use a bit more cleaning, especially the carpet.

A clean, modern apartment‑hotel with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home

Pros: We stayed four days in this hotel apartment and were thoroughly impressed. Everything was clean and felt brand new, with thoughtful touches in both the kitchen and living area that made it feel like home. Even self‑parking on the street over the weekend was easy and nearly free. All in all, a fantastic experience.

We had a lovey stay

Pros: The location was lovely (despite the protests that took place whilst we were there), very central and convenient for our day trips. We stayed on the 28th floor and the cityscape views were great, especially at night. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely, large, bright, comfortable and very well equipped, with modern decor and furnishings. The pool and gym were great. Lots of spaces to socialise. Self-parking, within the garage, was not too expensive. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
