Overall very positive, I value the nice staff and the fact in the romm was everything what I needed.

Pros: The room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful - they lent me adapter for European socket, the reception is really nice with the fire in the chimney.

Cons: The view on the other hotel right behind the window is little claustrophobic, but the location is good so for this is price is worth it. The breakfast is horrible but it was everywhere like that in US for me, so I think it is just not made for europeans xD

Pros: Staff where very friendly and helpful.Bed was very comfortable.The Room was very quiet. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was basic with Bagels, fruit and cereal Tea coffee etc but everything you need to start the day. Nice little bar area with lots of places to sit. Metro station just up the road. The hotel is in the downtown area of LA so expect city life. People on drugs as Skid Area not far away, But I never felt threatened by them of hassled. Over all a really good hotel in downtown LA that doesn't cost the earth. .

Pros: The room service was really good. The location is ideal.

Cons: 1) The breakfast should include plant-based and gluten free options. 2) Although the booking seemed to show that parking was included, it actually wasn’t. This caused confusion, as my reservation appeared to indicate that parking was part of the booking.
