I would stay there again

Pros: the location is great for public transport and great for any event at The Wiltern theatre. the room was spacious for a single traveller and the king bed was comfortable. the shower pressure and heat was good. the place is a bit old but nothing terrible or too shabby about it.

Cons: the lift, at least for the southern rooms, was so slow and hard to know if it would ever arrive because no indicator. the plumbing worked fine but there was a steady clinking sound through the night. the floors are wood so some noise from people above occasionally came through. but I would stay there again as these are small things.

Pros: I checked in on the 12th of January around 3pm. The lovely lady at reception was absolutely AWESOME. Thank you so much for being lovely and accommodating. I would simply return to this hotel because of the experience I had with this lady, I am only sorry that I cannot recall her name. Thank you lovely lady, you made my visit an awesome one.. :)

Pros: Met expectations. Good location with Metro, buses, supermarket, CVS all within a block. Room was clean and spacious. It's not the Ritz, but you're not paying for that either.

Good basic hotel in a good location for sightseeing

Pros: basic hotel in a good location to explore the main hot spots of LA. 15-20min drive to the hollywood boulevard; 40min to dodgers stadium, 45-50min to Venice beach. Free parking at the hotel. supermarket 5 min walk away

Cons: the hotel is very basic and also does not offer breakfast. There are a couple of breakfast option in the vicinity

Good value for money.

Pros: As a first time solo traveller to the United States, it was a great hotel to stay at in LA. It was very close to the metro station (Wilshire/Western Station), nearby grocery stores (Ralphs and HMart) and a lot of restaurants around. But what I really love is that they tidy up my room every day and the staff were friendly. And the room itself was really spacious.

Cons: I hope they provide room/hotel slippers.
