Comfortable, nicely run, solid stay

Pros: Comfortable place with parking available. Helpful and friendly trilingual concierge. Charming cafe attached, an easy walk or lime bike ride to Koreatown shopping and eating

Cons: Our room had a slightly oily feel on the floor and a strongish perfume scent ...perhaps a polish? Just used the bath mat to slide around so it was fine.

Good locality to universal and free parking!

Pros: The room was spacious, the staff were great but the big bonus for us was free parking which is unusual in LA.

Cons: Driving in quite late we were really dubious about the area however in the light of day its perfectly fine!

Pros: I really enjoyed my 2 days staying at this hotel the rooms were very spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water and decor inside the room looked new special thanks to Chris for being so responsive to any request I had well worth the price for the room.

Cons: The only thing that was disappointing was the internet signal was in out constantly, however I am confident the staff will get that taken care of very soon.

Great spot for easy access to intuit dome and Hollywood blvd via public transport.

Pros: Great spot for basketball game. Felt safe and staff were great.

Cons: TV Did not work. Staff made every attempt to fix it.

Well located with comfortable amenities.

Pros: Good location in an interesting part of LA near lots of Korean restaurants and a short drive from downtown. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and the bathroom had everything you need.

Pros: Location was safe, close to public transports, very comfortable beds. Windows can be opened for fresh air, there is a net as well.

Cons: Some towels had small stains on them, I believe they were clean though, it just doesn't feel professional. The shower stream is quite weak.
