Comfortable stay

Pros: Room was nice and comfortable. Beds excellent. View was good. Went on a 3 hr tour booked by the front desk, which was very good. Shuttle to the airport was excellent.

Cons: The room could use some warmth, pictures &/or colour. Appearance of cold. That's only appearance.

Consistant reliable place to stay

Pros: As a repeat customer it met the need of an overnight stay close LAX with an Airport Shuttle.

Cons: The bathroom fittings in the shower need some attention.

Convenient, comfortable airport hotel

Pros: Very close to the airport and with a free shuttle 24 hours which was useful.

Cons: There were no towels in one of the rooms and the shower was tricky to operate but hospitality resolved it quickly so not a big deal.

Excellent Service and good and convinience shuttle service.

Pros: Near to LAX Airport, the free shuttle from and to Airport is very convinience and available 24 hours. Room are clean and spacious, good for transit, near to fast food (McD) and Starbucks. The hotel restaurant and bar is not open 24 hours, so need to anticipate if you feel hungry. Amenities of the toilet need to upgrade and added, and its free parking.

Cons: Toilet amenities and aircondition of the room, need to upgrade. Restaurant also need to add more variety and need to run 24 hours
