Great overnight stop and great pick up and drop off service

Pros: Really easy pick up fromn the airport and easy to get back to the airport Great after a 15 hour flight

Pros: Location, cleanliness, personal and guest service was great.

Cons: The power outlets were not all working in the room as well as the my night lights... they just did not turn on or off... Breakfast was not worth it.

The stay at the Marriott at LAX was very good. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly.

Pros: The Room was fine and matched all expectations. I did not have breakfast.

Cons: LAX was awful. A chaotic scene once through baggage reclaim and immigration.

Very convinient

Pros: They have a shuttle bus pickup from the airport, great if you need to sleep next to the airport for a connecting flight. Hotel room was clean and they have a 24h shop

Cons: We arrived at 11pm and they did not have any food after 11pm. I understand it is late, but a hotel next to an airport should have a 24h room service with hot food

Enjoyed the property, the room and the staff were most helpful.

Pros: Room was excellent, concierge and assistant both polite, humoures and very helpful. Dinner was okay, breakfast not included in cost of room. Plenty to eat.

Cons: Nothing.

Resort style right near LAX

Pros: We have stayed here a few times now and love its subtle resort style feel, even though it’s right near LAX. The pool is the perfect place to relax. We were lucky enough to check in early. Despite being busy, we never had to wait long for elevators. All staff smile and acknowledge you when you walk past. The free shuttle to the airport is great.

Cons: My only minor complaint was the size of the 2 beds in the room were very small. We were booked for 2A and 2C yet only had 3 towels. The floor on the balcony was sticky and very dirty. All fairly minor things that would not stop us for returning.

My favourite LA airport hotel, I’ll be back.

Pros: The room was fresh and clean, love the pool the restaurants, the vibe is classic and cool, beds are super soft…

Cons: The air conditioning is super loud, there is no way to keep it on a silent hum, it’s either off or on , and when it’s on it roars then goes off again , then on periodically…. I would have liked to have a cup of tea with my wife however only 1 black tea bag in the room, 1 coffee bag ? I booked for two so thought you could be a little more accommodating. Everything else was great.

Pros: Wheelchair friendly. Big room with roll-in shower. Adequate open-air parking at a cost. They managed to arrange an extra-bed in room as a last minute request.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some slippers in the room. The sensors at parking gantry malfunctioned and slowed the entry and exit of cars.
