Pros: Location close to LAX and the car rental centre. Comfortable bed and great views across the airport from the 11 floor

Easy, comfortable and looking forward to my next visit!

Pros: The room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. A choice of pillows on the bed. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold meals. The shuttle service to the airport was easy and the driver very friendly!

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights before flying back to the UK. The staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. The room was super comfy and the shower was so powerful. The hotel provided some tea bags and coffee but no kettle or any spoons etc. We had to use the coffee percolator to boil the water and drink out of paper cups. The onsite restaurant provided really nice food and good service. This was a great place to stay and really close to the airport. It also provided a free shuttle service which was helpful..

Cons: No kettle in the room. Only paper cups to drink from. The items in the mini bar and snacks were ridiculously expensive.

Really nice hotel

Pros: This is a really nice property close to LAX. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the hotel was new and nice. It was a very comfortable stay.

Pros: Affordable, breakfast included and shuttle to airport

Cons: Shuttle from airport was not reliable. We waited a long time and it didn't come. There is also no parking or driveway for Uber to pick up or drop off.

A quick and very pleasant overnight stay between two long flights.

Pros: Decent breakfast. Great view from 14th floor (asked for a higher floor and was given the top floor). The pool was a very pleasant surprise as well as the hot tub on the top of the building. The view was very cool over both runways. Very quiet. Huge TV. Nice to have a kitchen. Comfortable bathroom. Elevator system very efficient and fast. The shuttle bus driver was very nice.

Cons: The location tracker for the shuttle bus didn't work. The sound of the fan in the room, even though we turned off the air conditioning. The sound of the engines from the planes but it didn't wake us up.

Clean room, big bed and close to airport

Pros: Airport transport included. Bed comfortable and large room and tv - would stay again

Cons: When I booked the property I tried numerous times to message via booking.com to arrange transport from airport however never received a reply. Seems that they only send automated messages (which come closer to the date of stay and did actually include details re transport).
