Pros: Breakfast was nice, but the selection tended to run out quickly and only some items were refilled. Still, for a free breakfast, it exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

Cons: I did not like the attitude of the staff in the hotel restaurant. They did not fill up the food where it was finished, we had to ask for everything. We stayed there for 6 nights and on one day there was not anything hot for breakfast. If we went for breakfast after 8 in the morning many kinds of food were gone, and they said it is finished and guests that came down for the breakfast did not have basically no choice what to eat except cereals..

Pros: Comfy big room, a small balcony, good place to stay if you have a car

Cons: A bit complicated to get to the city center without a car

Good location.

Pros: Location is very convenient and safe. Couple of mins drive to supermarket, shops and food. Breakfast choices are limited but sufficient and decent. The room is decent size, big bathroom, beds are comfortable and overall is quite clean. Someone commented that the carpark ceiling is a bit low unless you’re driving a super big car, you should be okay. Just be careful when choosing where you park, and when opening up your boots. You probably can park just outside the hotel if the car is really too big. Plenty of parking lots in the underground parking. It can get a little noisy in the morning from the road across but it didn’t bother us since we wakes up early. Checking in and out is very easy and fast. Overall I’m happy with this hotel and its location.

Cons: Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our rooms phones are faulty when we checked in, didn’t quite really bother us, however, we reported. Someone came into our room without informing us to “fix the phone”, despite a D&D was placed outside. We found that somebody went to our room because a dirty cloth was placed on the bed. It took them three nights to figure out what happened. Only on the checkout day, we were given an explanation that their staff went in to fix the phone and not any outsiders. Why three nights is because we had to speak to 3 different people as the issue was not handover properly.

Pros: Breakfast OK, room was good, it had a small fridge. It was very clean.

Cons: Checking process was not so fast.

Pros: Breakfast was better than a continental breakfast with protein selections of eggs and sausages.

Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms with breakfast included. A car is needed for the location, but free parking is available on site. Good value for money.

Lovely and simple!

Pros: Had a great stay, the hotel is simple but exactly what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking facilities were superb, and the friendly staff provided excellent value for money.
