I’m very satisfied with Hoilday Inn

Pros: This was a very pleasant check-in experience. Although I arrived early, Ms. Mary still checked me in, which saved me from waiting. Thank you very much. During my stay, whenever I needed some room assistance, the front desk's responses were always prompt and they patiently solved the problems

Marvelous

Pros: We had a room right by the pool, it was beautiful. The pool was deserted so we had it all to ourselves. Swimming under the LA sky at sunset was sublime.

Cons: There was a hair in the shower, and the bar closes at 10pm most nights.

A Decent Stay with Some Flaws

Pros: Specius room, and I was pleased to find it clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a positive experience, and this being my second time staying here, I was happy to see that the standards have been consistently met.

Cons: I had two issues during my stay: 1. The restroom smelled of humidity, possibly due to the shower curtains. 2. The room above mine was noisy, with loud footsteps and suspected smoking weed in a smoke-free room, the smell of marijuana from the room above mine seeped into my room, disrupting my rest around 3am.

Very pleased with the quality of my stay

Pros: Very clean property, front counter a lady named Mary was so nice and professional. Really appreciate her great customer service. She will make me come back here again 100%

Pros: Clean and nice facility, walkable distance to nice restaurants and cafes, pretty quiet neighborhood

Cons: No breakfast included and $18 daily parking fee

Pros: Conveniently located to freeway, shopping, restaurants. Very clean and welcoming lobby, common areas and room.

Best location with nice Chinese restaurants around hotel

Pros: Good location, clean rooms, comfortable bathroom with Japanese style toilet.

Cons: No stove for cooking

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Suites in Monterey Park. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had two comfortable queen beds. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast. Everything made our short stay very comfortable. We’ll definitely check in again next time!

I was relieved at the level of comfort, security and the many amenities at IHG Holiday Inn.

Pros: I chose the handicap room which very much assisted me with grab bars in the bathroom. I found the Culligan Quench water filtering machines which I REALLY appreciate. I use one at home.

Cons: I very much miss not having a microwave in my room. Having one in the lobby doesn’t cut it for handicapped or older people.
