Worth it for a night recovering energies

Pros: The bed/matress is outstanding, not sure if were the long layovers or long flight, but the bed is extremely confortable, one night was enought to recover all the energy. The breakfast is good too, not a lot of options but was fresh and good.

Cons: Everything is very dated, it looks like a very old hotel, old furniture, old everything, stains everywhere.

Perfect location for a business trip, very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Location was fantastic, right next to Ontario Mills

Pros: Variety of breakfast. Nice, clean and big room. Microwave and refrigerator. Big mirror. Friendly staff. Coffee & water 24 hours at front.

Cons: No hot tub with swimming pool. Pool needs to clean. Breakfast eating area needs more seating place. It was difficult to eat at high table place.

It was fantastic

Pros: I liked the location. It was around a lot of food spots and across the mall. It was also semi close to the NOS Event center where I was going to.

Cons: Nothing was bad. I really enjoyed my stay

Pros: The room was comfortable. Breakfast is always appreciated. Easy checkout.

Cons: Could not use the app to pick our room or get a virtual key. The agent couldn't find where I paid for the room. I had to dig out my phone and show her the receipt and even then she said she would look into it and have Booking.com refund our $. When I got on the elevator, wasn't really sure it would make it down or up.

Pros: Good breakfast Comfortable beds Nice & quiet

Cons: Hotel itself is dated although renovations have been made. Assumed we would be in a newer hitel

Great location, clean and renovated room great value

Pros: Newly renovated room, great breakfast, very friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing.

Overall, we'll stay again considering the good location.

Pros: Location is always the key. This is our third time to book here. Breakfast was great. Hoping it will extend a bit longer.

Cons: The bathroom needs an update and hope there would be a microwave for standard room.

Hotel Decente o “cumplidor”

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, tienes literal los outlet cruzando la calle, y alrededor tienes restaurantes de cadena como IHOP, outback, chick fil’ a, incluso un In n’ Out.

Cons: El hotel ya está viejo, se escucha todo lo de los otros cuartos y la limpieza es cada tercer día. Cabe resaltar que no se hizo la limpieza en las 3 noches que estuvimos y si lo comunicamos al hotel.

Very comfy and nice.

Pros: That it was close to so much, had the mall in front, various food spots. And even provided breakfast

Cons: I didn’t like the small parking lot but the permit to park in front in the mall parking lot made up for it. However still a walk, especially if it’s cold.
