Ayres Suites Ontario at the Mills Mall - Rancho Cucamonga

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. We could change our room without any doubt(next room to us was so loud)

Pros: If you like spacious rooms, beautifully appointed grounds, made to order complimentary breakfast, a OUIET stay then look no further. We will definitely be back.

Cons: WIFI was spotty.

This elegant hotel presents a peaceful atmosphere of a time long forgotten! Love staying here!

Pros: The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were lucky to get a room that has a door which opens to their beautiful garden! Breakfast was served by workers that wore head-coverings and gloves. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and we were welcomed with smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: I love the comfort of the bed and pillows. I love the extra towels. The room and bathroom were clean with modern up-to-date furniture. I love the tub.

Good stay next to shopping center

Pros: Spacious room. The pool was nice and they offer towels. Very friendly staff that let us check in early.

Cons: Breakfast choice was kind of small.

One amazing and incredible place to stay, but you may want to eat at surrounding restaurants.

Pros: This was our first time staying at an Ayres hotel. The place was amazing and blew our mind. Wish we knew about Ayres brand in other cities. The location, facilities, and staff that assisted were excellent. Very clean, very quiet, and very breathable (ceiling fans in the hallways made it fresh). Beds and amenities were top notch. Wife loved the stay. Ayres rose the bar above Hyatt and Hilton for a great place to stay for the weekend. The hours for check-in and check-out were incredible compared to the ones offered by Hilton and Hyatt.

Cons: I could state this for everyone waiting 40 minutes in line for breakfast today. The lady that was serving the food also had to verify each person in line before serving, clean tables, cook breakfast, and refill drink stations. She was incredible, but was the only one to perform these duties with no help from the other staff for about 15 of us in line. I believe when we stood in line and received our food, it was 40 minutes or more. Wife had to grab a table to sit. That is ridiculous for one person to have to do this for the guests staying while there were four or five staff members standing at the front desk watching the line grow down the hallway.

Pros: The location was within walking distant to the huge indoor outlet mall.

Great. I would choose them again. A few years ago we stayed in Anaheim and we enjoyed it as well.

Pros: It was close to where I wanted to be. The front staff was very accommodating when I asked for a room closer to the front because I have a problem walking very far.

Cons: I wasn’t fond of the breakfast. A little too salty for my taste.

Good, clean affordable stay

Pros: Clean, friendly staff (especially the receptionist who checked us in) Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Although it was just a 1 night stay, it was worth it.

Cons: No issues at all.

Will recommend with friends how convenient everything is if you stay at Ayres Hotel Ontario area.

Pros: Close to airport, lots of restaurants in the area to chose from and mall is a walking distance.
