Best hotel i stayed on my California vacation

Pros: Great stay very nice hotel 6 min to the airport 7 min to huge outlets Great hotel súper clean Great breakfast staff attentive with great customer service next time im in Ontario it will be my choice

Happy first timers in California

Pros: We love that it's close to the shops & restaurants. The staff are friendly & accommodating esp the one who looks like Ed Sheeran. He was very nice. The pool & the spa are amazing too! The room is very spacious & the whole hotel is very clean.

Cons: We were stuck in the elevator for a few mins but it was ok. It was just a minor technical issue which was resolved quickly. The breakfast could use some bacon & variation esp for guests staying more than 3 days.

Pros: Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons: Our room had some flooring that was missing with a sharp nail head exposed.

Pros: Nice clean rooms and good customers service thank you so much

Pros: When I checked on December 23 the girl at the dest was very Professional,, very courteous and friendly, and polite, she even check after I got in my room to see if it was to my approval, This girl need a big raise or promotion. Pros: everything was wonderful during our recent stay, we actually are returning customers, we enjoyed the stay so much back in March of this year. great water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast and 24 hour hot water tea and coffee station. convinent location.

Cons: I booked a King size room with a pull out bed on booking.com but our room did not include the pull out bed. I was told that there wasnt a room available with a pull out bed. My 6 year old, husband and I fit fine in the king. but it was kind of disappointing we didnt get what we signed up for. We stayed here 7 months ago in 2 double or queens and my 5 year old fell out the bed because it is so high and got a bloody nose so we were trying to avoid that. any way the king worked out he was safe and snug in the middle
