Bed was comfortable and I really like the design of the room.

Pros: The breakfast was fine. The cantalope was not ripe, so that was a waste.

Cons: There was coffee supplies for only one night and we stayed two nights. It would have been nice to have more in stock, in case we missed the servicing of the room.

Pros: The Christmas decor was to die for !!! And the staff was so friendly and welcoming

Cons: My tv was a little fickle, had to keep turning off an on to get it to work

Pros: Super cute hotel and friendly staff. They gave my dog an ARF bandana. I loved that they had games, pool table, halloween decorations. They even had a bar. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Free breakfast would have been nice. They did have free coffee though.

Perfect spot for quick trip to inland empire.

Pros: Love the location, particularly if you rented a car from the airport. Gas station between Aloft and airport is quite handy.

Cons: Only complaint was the temperature control and how loud the A/C unit was. It was either very loud or off. No midway setting for white noise at night. Not a deal breaker - bed was super comfy and we got enough sleep.

Great place great staff … Bar was fun… vibe of the hotel was kool! Will stay again

Pros: Pool needed work but other than that loved the property loved the staff very accommodating … and great bar … great time all together !!!

Cons: Just the pool and the view of the parking lot was not ideal but it’s Ontario so not too much they can do about that !!

Pros: Loved this hotel. I will definitely be booking again. I loved the lobby and the entire place including the room & hallways smelled lovely. Definitely wished there was a microwave in the room but other than that, everything was great.

Good for our weekend stay with family. Great for location for our event.

Pros: The staff was very polite and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness. The room was immaculate and comfortable. They also were fast to check that I wasn't charged twice for our room since I booked through a third party. They got back to me right away with all my concerns and questions. They let me know when they received the payment and credited my account immediately.

Cons: I thought it would have been nice to have housekeeping bring us extra towels and other necessities during our two-night stay, but I guess they don't have the staff for that.
