Pros: clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice gym

Pros: Clean, great reception, comfy bed, good value for money

Cons: The new coffee machine was adding way too much water to the coffee, making it super weak/watery. This is something they can easily fix though.

Good value for the price, nice staff

Pros: Breakfast only OK, they ran out of eggs by 9a.m. and no more were provided

Pros: Friendly reception from a chatty personable man who took an interest in our journey and plans. We also got an upgraded room.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Maybe the breakfast was a bit basic, but you get what you pay for.

Nice clean motel

Pros: I chose this motel because of the price and it wan't too far from my friend's place. He was very pleased with it, as it's a safe area in Palmdale. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I would give 8.5 despite a few thing I mentioned.

Cons: There is no hot water jag in the room, only the coffee maker. So I had to go downstairs to get a cup of hot water and tea. The design of the room was unsuall, as a handbasin was not in the bathroom, but near the door, which I found inconvenient. Little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided. But for the last night, there were a shampoo and two body lotions by mistake, as they were in the same bottles. As it's near the regional hospital, every night I heard an ambulance, but wearing ear plugs helped me sleep better.

Pros: My first walk in actually looked like advertisement

Cons: Honestly just the phone and fireplace..other than that we'll be back..thank you guys very much for allowing my stay warm and welcoming.

Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was cozy

Cons: The TV is very outdated. It would be nice to be able to go on Netflix or YouTube or any streaming service on the TV as the channels are limited. Also the breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches that were heated in the microwave. And there were only 4 placed in the warmer at a time and they went very quickly.

Pros: Booking was very convenient per high desert storm, unable to make home after work due to several major roads washed out on Christmas eve day.

Cons: 1st room booked, toilet sound all night.
