John on reception was absolutely brilliant. His manner and help made our stay brilliant

Pros: Brand new hotel. Everything was clean and well laid out

Cons: A bottle of water in the room would’ve been a good addition

Pros: Check in was easy and associate was very friendly and welcoming. Room was exceptionally clean and well styled. TV/appliances were easy to use. Well stocked. I did notice the little embossment of the toilet paper roll and thought it added a nice touch of elegance.

Cons: Bed was long comfortable

Pros: The pillows need to be more fluffier and the beds need to be firmer but over all it was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone

Pros: I like that they had a gym, laundry room, and a key card to just get in to where the elevators are.

Pros: The cleanliness, the employees were friendly, the room was clean, had a freeze, most important, because I food prep and have to freeze ice packs everyday. Great location.

Cons: Beds are a little uncomfortable. No freeze coffee

Pros: Amazing staff very friendly treated my children wonderful and myself very clean and smells amazing

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Location was perfect for our trip. Clean rooms just the towel and wash cloths weren't clean. They had hair all over them.

Cons: Limited on towels and wash cloths. Also wash cloths in room weren't clean. We bought our own to use.

Pros: Rooms are clean, dogs are allowed, and there was a good sized refrigerator in room.

Cons: There wasn't a swimming pool.

Pros: Friendly staff clean rooms kitchen in room omg it was all around great

Cons: No pool or breakfast

Pros: The toilet won’t flush. I was offered another room. However, I carried a lot of baggage and was not offered any help to move the items.

Cons: Nice reception area, customer service counter attendant, and the willingness to correct the issue.
