Great value stay for family of six with a good breakfast,

Pros: Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good, especially for kids, one loved the sausages, another fruit and they all loved the waffles and Nutella.

Convenient and very comfortable.

Pros: The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Although this hotel has been around for many years, it is well maintained.

Cons: The first room I was given had not been cleaned (unmade bed, cup of water on table, coffee maker had a pod in it, etc.) However, front desk clerk got me a different room immediately. Although their seating areas on each floor near elevator is a nice touch, people used them as very noisy gathering areas and the noise traveled to the room. Also, although I was on the 6th floor, noise from people at the pool was disturbing. However, most of these issues were due to guests, not the hotel itself.

Great staff. Great room and great breakfast.

Pros: I was here as my mother was in hospital and I needed to be close. The staff were really helpful and helped me print documents I needed. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

Cons: There is nothing I did not like.
