Pros: I had an amazing experience at Springhill suites. During my stay, I encountered an unexpected issue with my car tire—its pressure was too low, and since it was a Sunday, all nearby service centers were closed. I was really worried about my trip to Death Valley. I reached out to the hotel front desk, and to my surprise, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Mike personally took me to a nearby gas station and even assisted in checking and refilling the tire pressure. Their kindness and willingness to help truly saved the day and made my trip worry-free. I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfortable stay but for the outstanding hospitality they provide. Thank you once again to the wonderful team at springhill suite! I will definitely stay here again in the future.
