First San Dimas stay

Pros: I love the location. Bus and shopping within walking distance. The staff was wonderful!!! My 🐕 Luna and I will be back.

Cons: I originally was only staying 2 nights so the floor wasn't as clean as it should be. I had no problem paying for a fridge but it didn't work well.

Excellent value for the location! Would stay again!

Pros: Convenient location with food locations nearby! Looks like renovations into property were ongoing!

Centrally located with food and shopping

Pros: It's in a good area with plenty of food and shopping nearby. The rooms were cozy. The ac/ fan worked well. The lighting was good and bright. I liked that we were able to open the window. I was happy that the television worked and we were able to watch the Super Bowl. Some motels/hotels sometimes have bad tv reception, so this was a plus! There were plenty of clean towels for us to use during our stay. The staff was very helpful and nice during our stay. This is also the 2nd time we stay here and I will continue to book here when I am staying out there. There were outlets in the sink area and behind the nightstand.

Cons: The bed size was not a problem, but the mattress did feel a little springy and bent. The tub was dirty on the bottom part where you stand. I think it just needs a stronger scrubbing and scrubbing agent. I always bring sandals to shower in anywhere I stay at. There were not a lot of outlets but for me it was enough since we were only 2 people, but I did want to point that out incase someone travels with a lot of devices that need to be charged.

Great location, price, amenities

Pros: We checked in quickly. The bed was soft but comfortable, heater worked well. We loved that there was exceptional outdoor lighting, so felt safer, although I think the area is generally safe. It was ez to get to near the freeway. Coffee was in the lobby.

Cons: We looked everywhere to see when checkout time was— on the door, in the room, online, finally walked to the office to find out. Would be nice to have posted inside room.

Pros: The room was clean and front desk employee was very polite good customer service.

Cons: There wasn't anything

Pros: The personal there are amazing and I never had any issues
