Pros: very good location with dim sum restaurant in the hotel

Cons: The bed is too soft

Pros: We had a great time here. Great people (staff) everywhere. Friendly helpful went the extra mile. The team sorted us out with our food vouchers, which was amazing. Location and what's around on offer is awesome. The rooms were great. Large and comfy beds. Top notch will defo come back here again. The restaurant staff were also really helpful and polite.

Cons: Sometimes, the food took ages to come out or misplaced an order. Sometimes, the waiters were overrun and didn't realise we were sitting there 15 min before someone came to give us a menu. The parking security needs to tell people how to park. Limited spaces yet people patked like idiots.

Pros: The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, gladly recommend!!

Normal place. Not very expensive. The city center can be reached quickly by car.

Pros: Nice big hotel. Pool, gym, bar. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. It's a bit like you're not in America, but in China. Most of the signs outside the shops are in Chinese and most of the people are from Asia. An interesting experience in any case. Good breakfast. I would like to commend Ricky the bartender. Very cool guy :)

Right choice to stay in San Gabriel

Pros: Location, and price . Staffs is very helpful. This is my third time stay here. Close to all Chinese place.

Cons: Need to change the bathing, very old and dangerous, You need the slipper mat! And shower faucet need to cahnge, it is not function. And carpet need to be clean properly

Pros: 前台服务很好很友善，打扫房间的阿姨也很有礼貌很可爱。地理位置很好，附近有很多中国地道美食。还有一个大中超，走路5分钟。一楼的早茶也很好吃。酒店很安全，刷卡才能上楼。

Pros: The hotel is clean and centrally located among many Asian restaurants and businesses to enjoy.

Cons: Unfortunately our rental car’s driver’s window got damaged overnight with a Bebe gun or pellet gun. When I reported this damage to the hotel front desk attendant, they didn’t show much compassion for the damage and instead kept repeating that we park at our own risk and we could report it to the police.

Buen hotel para descansar

Pros: Buena ubicación grande el hotel viejo pero con mantenimiento, la habitación cómoda y buena para descansar, bien ubicado y se siente seguro el barrio.

Cons: El estacionamiento es complicado ya que esta en un centro comercial la primera noche llegamos tarde y no le puse el letrero de coche de huésped y al otro día ya tenia un aviso que el auto llevaba 2 días estacionado situación que no obvio no era verdad, es complicado estacionarlo ya que a pesar de que es grande esta muy lleno.

Pros: Hitting accommodated us when Booking.com failed to answer any of my questions. Hilton was able to fix mistakes Booking.com made

Cons: Booking.com never answered my questions. They booked the wrong rooms and rooms were not adjacent
