Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet area I had a pleasant sleep every night without any noise

Pros: I liked that it had a few eateries near by especially the Garage across the road that I found cheaper than the 7/Eleven & the Supermarket in the Mall. Plus the Event wasn't too far away for an Uber drop off only 10 mins.

Cons: The floor, table, basin & mirror in my room weren't very cleaned there were blood spots on the floor & blood spatters on the TV & inside front door that I wiped off.

Better than expected

Pros: Staff was extremely nice. Allowed us to check in a little before 3pm . We really needed to get ready for an important event. Room was very clean. AC worked. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave were clean and worked perfectly fine.

Cons: The bathtub was a little dirty. Only 2 small bar soaps were provided. No other toiletries were given. Well towels were provided.

Our stay was low stress, comfortable and very pleasant.

Pros: we greatly enjoyed the pool and spa. All interactions with staff were extremely pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable.

Awesome, comfortable, clean room and great customer service

Pros: The service! I wasn’t able to make the check in due to the conference but the staff was understanding and made sur when I got there that night someone would take care of me with leaving a note of my situation! Most of all I really wanted up stairs room and it was available !! It was an awesome experience
