Paradise

Pros: The countless amount of amenities in this four seasons is amazing, there is so much to do that even with a week here we still missed out on so much! The place caters to all and it treats anyone who enters its doors with respect, kindness and you are made to feel so luxurious and calm. It was the perfect stay and we cannot wait to come back.

Cons: Charges and deposits that aren't mentioned beforehand. They are fine but it would be good to be told the total amount.

Pros: Lovely decor especially in the room, the spa and around the pool.

Cons: Housekeeping was very late/ didn’t come till we called upon our return to the hotel around 2pm.

Excellent except for the substandard big screen television in our room.

Pros: Common areas were spacious and clean, Coin & Candor restaurant - food, and service were both excellent. Valets were very accommodating as were the people that helped us with our luggage. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.

Cons: The big screen television in the room was second rate. The picture quality looked like it was running its content from an old VHS tape recorder. If the hotel wants to be considered a 5 star hotel it should update the big screen TVs in all of the rooms.

Pros: Very nice scenery, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the food was good, the gym was very good , and the pool was nice too .

Cons: It's pricey, but what do you expect from a 5 star hotel . No complaints really, .

Phenomenal

Pros: Stayed Friday-Sunday and everything was phenomenal from the cleanliness, hotel staff, amenities, and food. The service was always quick and staff did everything to make sure all your needs were met and the stay enjoyable.
