Pros: Location is excellent and plenty of parking but the check in was horrible, it was at 10 pm and we were really tired from driving all day that’s why i did the reservation online, when I get there to check in it took like 30 minutes for the attendant to hand the keys, I gave him three credit cards and he kept trying to make it look like it was my fault his credit card machine kept saying error, and every time I try to put in my PIN number he says to tell him the number verbally because the window they have to do the transaction is so small I cannot reach the key pad to tipe in the pin. But I give him a credit card that doesn’t need a pin and the machine kept saying error, I end up paying with cash and after that took the guy another 15 minutes to finish paperwork and payment he was just to slow, really bad experience

Cons: No tuve agua caliente en ducha, y por agenda pues tuve que usar solo agua helada.

Pros: Front desk was great. Professional and efficient. Room was fine.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Casa Bella met my expectations.

Pros: Nice rooms, clean the fridge was plus for us in the double queen bedroom. All tile floor no carpet which was a plus for us as well.

Cons: The area was a complete dead zone for cell phone use. I had zero connection and even with the wifi provided it kept kicking me out with the username and password provided at front desk. You can only use the wifi for one device, you try logging in with another it will kick out the other device. Staff as far as front desk was a somewhat hit and miss. Sometimes not there when you need them. I did not take name but the two women who checked me in were somewhat not as friendly. Only the young man that was their about 8pm was more friendly.

Cut-Rate Casa Bella Delivers Comfort

Pros: This is a low-priced option with clean, spacious rooms and a professional staff willing to go extra mile. Not particularly stylish or classy, Casa Bella delivers what it promises: a budget stay in an efficiently run, safe, clean night in a motel. Plenty of parking, some covered. I had to check out early and the night desk clerk was extremely accommodating and checked out the room, then gave me my $50 cash deposit back within 5 minutes.

Cons: It got a little noisy at times but not late at night. I dont.mind a little noise; it makes me worry less about bothering someone. Soft drink machine near the office didn't work and didn't look like it will anytime soon.
