Pros: Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, kind staff. Closed free parking just outside the hotel.

Cons: Refrigerator didn't work and so is the public ice machine. sometimes wifi was weak or not working.

Overall I recommend. The stuff is friendly and the place it self looks clean. You can ask for a room inside the building

Pros: Very friendly and helpful stuff. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed

Cons: There was no place to sit and eat food except bed. Also no fridge inside the room. You could hear people talking loudly

Pros: Very close to fashion district and downtown not too far drive, room smelled very strong of pinesol had to crack open the window to air it out

Great ! Will for sure stay here again . Clean and comfortable

Pros: Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. Better than some other places I’ve stayed at for last minute plans . It’s great for what you’re paying . Stayed Saturday night and the whole parking was full and they were sold out which means they’re good ! Also when I was checking out the person in front of me says he comes here at least every 15 days.

Cons: Walls are a little thin lol

Pros: Great customer service. I felt happy and at peace .

Cons: My husband suffers from allergies. The room smelled super nice however the nice smell was a bit too strong. It seemed it was lavender Fabuloso . Maybe next time I can ask to have the room clean but we no aroma or chemicals . It’s a bit tricky to sanitize well without chemicals. I complete understand . Other than that great service . Thank you so very much .
