A clean basic motel when all you need is a bed and shower.

Pros: Location is right next to the beach and tourist destinations. Free parking during the weekdays when I stayed there. They charge for parking on the weekends and I don't think that is fair for guests staying there, so I will not book it on a weekend.

Cons: They charge guests for parking on the weekends.

Pros: I've been to the Vagabond in San Pedro about a dozen times now and it is one of the best values for the money in the area. This was my first stay in Long Beach and it met all of my expectations. It's walkable to downtown, has free parking (when available), and seems to have adequate security and comfort. It also has an elevator. A great value.
