Pros: It is clean and well maintained. Staff present and accommodating. The location to tourist spots are closeby (depending the traffic of course).

Cons: It is old and sound proofing is not so good anymore. You can hear what your neighbors are doing, if you're a light sleeper this may not be your favorite. Otherwise, it is clean and well maintained everyday. Staff are always present and accommodating.

Pros: The workers at the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was close to downtown LA at a good rate.

Cons: There was a lot of noise outside the room. There were no bedside lamps.

Nice hotel on a par with 3-star properties

Pros: Clean spacious room, regular housekeeping. Air con, TV, hot shower, safe, fridge – all work as expected. Good location for LA Downtown.

Cons: Check-in process could be improved, had to wait ~40 mins for the four people before me to check in. Seems slow and inefficient. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and reception.

Would certainly be back if visiting again - for us, hit the sweet spot between location, value, car parking availability

Pros: Excellent location, very close to Los Angeles city centre by Uber - $8-10 or so ride. Very clean. Comfortable. Effective air conditioning. Excellent value. Very nice shower!

Cons: This is by no means the fault of the hotel but there is sadly some deprivation and homelessness in Los Angeles, common to so many places in the USA, and can be very sad to see. We had no issues walking past homeless tents etc, but although relatively close to the Downtown area, you may prefer to get an Uber rather than walking into city centre - quite a lot of shelters under the freeway bridge.

Pros: well located for our event at crypto arena. Pretty awesome price with free parking thrown in. The surrounding area was decent too.

Pros: Location is in the downtown neighborhood. It’s in a good location, meaning it’s not too far from LA activities. I have stayed here twice and both times have been a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly.
