The M Malibu

Pros: The room was super spacious, clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was super soft, we had a great time (: The place is right next to pacific coast highway but it’s not loud when the windows are closed and the balcony is surrounded by plants, so you still feel private. Thanks also to the receptions for saving us by giving us cutlery for our Uber eats!

Very pleasant overall!

Pros: The room was huge, very clean and comfortable, we’ve been upgraded to a room with a partial view of the ocean and it was amazing. The staff is extremely nice!

Cons: If you are a very light sleeper asks for the rooms facing the hills, cause the traffick can be noisy during the night, but the structure provides you with very useful earlplugs (we didn’t use them, cause we’re not light sleepers and the atmosphere is so relaxing that we slept like babies, but very pleased to find them close to the bed in case of need)

Wondeful reception from Diamond

Pros: M Malibu came to our rescue after the original hotel we had booked with in Malibu turned out to have cancelled our booking and we only found out on arrival that evening. Malibu was the final night on our road trip to the US and so we desperately looked for somewhere else to stay else we were gonna be sleeping in the car. Not only did Malibu M have a room, but Diamond (who checked us in) was amazingly wonderful, empathised totally with our experience and also found us an upgraded room - and all super quick so that we had time to nip to the beach for a quick dip in the water as well. I cannot thank Diamond enough for her kindness and attention x

Cons: Nothing - it was excellent

Fab at The M.

Pros: Good room. Good bathroom. We were upgraded which was lovely. Sal was great. Pool area lovely. Great place to stay to see Malibu pier.

Cons: Nothing. Although not alot around to eat as a few things closed but it was a Monday.

A calm spot with access to all Malibu's charms.

Pros: The hotel was across the road from the pacific coast and jaw dropping beaches, which early in the morning were deserted bar wildlife and surfers.

Cons: The lack of a safe in the room was disappointing.

Pros: Great location to enjoy Malibu landscapes! the beach and the Malibu Pier are reachable by walk. The outdoor swimming pool makes the location super cool! I really appreciated Diamond from the stuff, so welcoming and helpful! I will definitely choose the M Malibu for my next trip to LA

Pros: Location by the beach is unbeatable - and it’s a nice quiet stretch of the beach. The staff were welcoming and responsive, sorting out a late check in for me. Perfect distance from LA to get to easily and feel like you’ve left the city.

Pros: Arrived and was allowed to check in early. The location is perfect - right opposite the beach, next to the famous Nobu restaurant and a short walk to Malibu pier. A beautiful part of the world!

Handy hotel, clean and tidy, lots of parking and a nice little pool

Pros: Location was good, swimming pool, lots of easy parking

Bijou accommodation surf side.

Pros: Great location near Malibu Pier and surfing spot. Good value for money for the area. Room really clean and fresh with good decor. Nice touches with chocolates and good quality toiletries.

Cons: No staff at site on check-in, had to phone to sort access - minor concern. We didn’t mind the road noise which reduced at night but may disturb light sleepers. Perhaps a few cocktails at the nearby restaurants may help.
