A nice big property that met all our basic needs for a fun week of stay at Anaheim
Pros: Location was close to what our family wanted to do, mainly Disneyland. The neighborhood was quiet. The property had the space for our big family (8 adults, 4 children and 1 infant) without feeling crowded. Highly recommended for a big group with small children. Our kids loved the 2 kids room and 4 out of the other 5 rooms all had en suite bathrooms.
Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked like other houses we had stayed at in our previous vacation rentals. For example, there was no cooking oil or non-stick spray, no other spices available except salt and pepper, wine goblets were plastic and only one paper towel (on the rack already) was provided. We called the agent but was just informed there were supposed to be two extra rolls underneath the kitchen sink which we did not find. This was not a big deal but just an inconvenience since we needed to go out and buy some. One big dislike was that there were only two outside parking spaces available on the premise. Only one street parking permit was given. So we ended up that we needed to fold up the tennis table in the garage to make space for our 4th car. The garage space would not fit our SUV.

Great family vacation in Anaheim, home is located in a quiet well-kept neighborhood.
Pros: The house flowed well for our family of 14 including an 11 month old. Enough seating for all of us to eat at the same time, there was also lots of outdoor seating that we didn't have time to use. The pool/hot tub was a big hit with all of the kids, as well as the pool table and TV's in all of the rooms. Easy check in- no surprises with added fees. Enough bedrooms for all of the adults and then 2 other rooms for the kids. Plenty of bathrooms too. There is an added room detached from the house with a foosball, ping pong, and air hockey tables. Great added items for the baby: high chair, strollers, and crib.
Cons: Not really any negatives, some suggestions would be to get an ice maker for the fridge. If using the hot tub, I would suggest requesting 45 min to an hour ahead of when you plan on using it, it wasn't heated the first night and by the time it was turned on and heated everyone had lost interest. I probably wouldn't pay to heat the pool, it felt good with the hot weather but didn't feel heated. Read the suggestions they have in the guest manual, they come in handy.

Had a great time there with kids and grandkids.
Pros: Floor plan, number of king sized beds, pool/spa, proximity to Disneyland. Appliances and kitchen utensils were all in good shape. Japanese soaking tub was excellent.
Cons: One of the side table lamps in master bedroom was either burned out or didn't work.
