Pros: The house was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to live in. Although the neighborhood itself did not feel particularly safe, I felt secure at home thanks to the reliable locks and the high walls that provided a good sense of protection. The availability of parking space for two cars was very convenient, and the nearby freeway made access to various destinations simple and efficient. In addition, the owner was very responsive and helpful, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

Cons: The main issue was the weak water pressure. Without a dishwasher, it was hard to wash the dishes after cooking because only a small amount of water came out. The shower also had weak pressure, so it took longer than usual. This might not matter to someone who doesn’t use much water, but it was inconvenient for me. I also noticed dust on the ceiling fan, which sometimes fell, and a few food crumbs left inside the kitchen cabinets. Aside from that, the place was very clean overall.

Pros: It was very clean and maintained. I personally love the art on the walls gives it a nice balance.

Cons: Not so much the property itself but there were a couple cars speeding down the alley way continuously activating the porch lights.

Pros: This property is a hidden gem. Very nice, clean, spacious. The location was close to EVERYTHING I needed. The host was very helpful and responded to all messages in a timely manner. Every room was very clean with a tv. The kitchen was very spacious and useful as well as the washer & dryer. A+++++++++++
