Maison on the Beach

A perfect, well situated oasis

Pros: Much thought and detail was put into making this an excellent home from home

Cons: We unfortunately had very noisy neighbours who interrupted our sleep with their stomping

Pros: Very clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and close to the beach and canals.

Cons: Some of the finishing trades were below standard. Generally good and I know I have high standards.

Pros: This is a lovely apartment close to Venice beach. Lots of food places around and minutes from the beach.

Cons: The walls are quite thin as I could hear what the people upstairs were talking about. Best to take ear plugs if a light sleeper

Although the apartment was tiny, it was very well maintained.

Pros: Everything was perfect and there was even a bottle of welcome prosecco in the fridge.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: The location is exceptional- it is right by the beach and you could not ask for better. The apartment is brand new and has been beautifully decorated. The beds are comfy and it is very clean. Champagne on arrival was a lovely touch.

Cons: The door code we had been given on arrival was incorrect and it took us a bit of time for the host to respond with the correct code. Everything was brand new (which was great) but every time we tried cooking anything, the smoke alarms went off. The kitchen could do with being a bit better stocked (my suggestions would be oil, tin foil, scissors and a few extra plates and bowls!.. and some toilet cleaning products!) I would also suggest a bit more information in the welcome pack about how to use the apartment.

Amazing location, clean, comfortable and easy to get settled into.

Pros: The little touches like the extra towels, coffee machine, umbrellas And the washer and dryer.

Cons: Perhaps a small sink in the kitchenette to wash the plates and cups.

Pros: Very clean and nice! Highly recommended!! 2 minutes to the Beach and Most Restaurants! Friendly people over there!

We really enjoyed the flat

Pros: It was really spacious, very good location, newly renovated so we all really liked it. Our kids also liked the option that they don’t have to sleep on the same bed

Cons: Laundry can be done outside of the building which was not super convenient but still ok.

Good

Pros: The accommodation was clean and good value for money. The location was great and the ocean view made it even better.

Pros: Der ganze Whg Stiel war traumhaft. Nicht zu voll....genau richtig. Alles vorhanden und der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und zur Stelle , wenn man Hilfe brauchte. .Alles super erreichbar.

Cons: Dass die Häuser in der USA generell sehr hellhörig sind. Dafür kann aber der Gastgeber nichts. Booking will dass ich hier etwas schreibe 😂
