Pros: Location of the apartment. Central in Venice Beach and easy access to highways. Nice contacts, very responsive and customer friendly.
Cons: Was according to the expectation. It is easy to hear your neighbours down stairs. It was not an issue for us this time.

Dispute a few minor issues our stay was very comfortable and met our needs for the purpose of our stay
Pros: The location to the beach and canal areas was great. It was clean and well presented Off street parking was a plus
Cons: As we had children with us it was hard to cook with limited utensils and cooking equipment. Also no basic condiments supplied eg pepper, salt, sugar just little packets from restaurants. Ventilation when cooking toast would have helped as the toaster dry off the fire alarms. TV in bedroom did not work. Code for courtyard gate did not work for dealing with rubbish

Pros: Highly recommend it. Very clean, the apartment was cleaned every three days, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is excellent.

A fabulous homely apartment
Pros: Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Area is quiet so was perfect for a relaxing sleep after days of sightseeing.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. A fabulous stay. Parking was a tight squeeze for our Mustang but plenty of street parking should you struggle with a bigger car.

good location, clean, but you shouldn't have high expectations, especially those coming from Europe.
Pros: They have spot for parking, is a good location close to Venice. if you encounter a problem the owners are very prompt. they also gave me a room upgrade, they were very nice about it
Cons: the toilet wasn't working, someone came and improvised something... everything a bit old, furniture... but the location is very good.

Central Venice apartment, amazing!
Pros: Amazing location, right near main shopping part, canals and the beach! Beautiful area, lovely apartment, such a comfy bed!!!
Cons: WiFi kept cutting out, but really not that big a deal (apartment was so lovely!!)

Really nice place, well organized and friendly staff. Location is close to Venice beach.
Pros: Perfect organization, easy to find. Communication was really good upfront and everything was exactly as described. Could't wish for more.

Pros: Location was great, just a short walk from the beach and several clusters of shops, cafes and restaurants. The provided beach towels were a nice touch.
Cons: The provided coffee wasn't up to much if we're being super picky

Pros: We stayed in the apartment n^ 1 for 4 days, everything was very nice and the house has everything we needed during the stay, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a washing machine and a dryer. The position was perfect, Venice beach is only 10/15 min by walk and you can also walk to restaurants and shops, everything is very close to the house. Another good thing about the house is that there is a parking lot for everyone and also the bed was very very comfortable (we had the best sleep there).
Cons: If I really have to find something negative about the apartment is that we didn’t have an outside area and during the day the house was very very hot (but there is air conditioning so no problem). Unfortunately Venice beach, as other places in California, was very disappointing, there is lot of neglect, it’s very very dirty and full of homeless and drugs addicted….but that has nothing to see with the apartment and we always felt safe around.
