Happy to recommend this hotel for anyone who loves shopping having the entrance only short stroll out the front of hot

Pros: Complimentary breakfast and drinks. Staff are lovely. Location is great.

Cons: Nothing major - rooms are a little dated, but the hotel itself is nice!

Pros: Breakfast and happy hour. The pool was nice also. We also used the gym.

Cons: The coffee was not available throughout the day! Also there is not a bottle of water in the room. Which is quite unusual! I feel like the parking should be included

Fantastic Stay

Pros: Loved Breakfast, Loved the Staff. Pool area was great. Gym was fantastic, the 5.30pm to 7.00pm complimentary drinks and nibbles each night for guests was incredibly wonderful

Cons: Needed a small amount of cutlery, plates and Spoons in the room.

Good and comfortable for my purposes

Pros: Breakfast good. Chefs made excellent omelettes and were pleasant. The location was convenient to family. I did not investigate alternatives.

Cons: The lounge seating area was small. I am sole traveller and found ambiance unwelcoming.

We had a comfortable stay and look forward to the omelette breakfast with bacon every morning.

Pros: Superb breakfast; bright and spacious central common area; 30 second walk to large shopping mall with food court; location convenient to 57 Freeway; king and queen beds are wonderful for a night’s rest; decent water pressure and hot water

Cons: $10 per car per night to park underneath hotel; can feel the springs while resting on the sofa bed mattress; a few stains on the blanket and carpet; soda vending machine was not stocked at all on my floor

Cons: Car parking was charged extra. Previous years when I last stayed it was free.

Service was above and beyond amazing, and the staff for breakfast was top notch!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and the location was top notch! Love the safety of needing a room key to access room floors, love how our room had the extra space of a full living room, was perfect with my night owl teen son.

Cons: The rooms could use a little more TLC. It's easy for me to overlook some of those things but not necessarily other people. In the common space the renovations have been incredible but the room renovations feel incomplete. The pillows could be firmer but that's personal preference.

Pros: Location convenient for where I needed to be . There is a mall over road and shops And restaurant on the other side of road so concubines if you don’t have a car . The choices at breakfast were very good .

Cons: The room smelt a little musty
