Great value hotel with good breakfast

Pros: Great location with all stops and drive through nearby. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was sumptuous with own waffle station and yoghurt. Clean restrooms and good parking area.definitely can stay again for the staff, complimentary parking and good breakfast :)

Cons: Rooms were outdated and smelled a bit. Not that bad though. No kitchen.

Pros: We received excellent service from the staff. The room was adequate, including a refrigerator, and the location was good if you're planning to visit Disney.

Cons: The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast; it was truly below average. I've seen this at other inns, but they're not international breakfast standards. They had cardboard plates with plastic or wooden cutlery. What was offered was truly subpar—only jam, no other choice—not worth the money.

Met expectations

Pros: Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything was just like in the picture. Breakfast was sufficient. There was waffles, boiled eggs, porridge, various breads and yoghurt. Enough to fill you up. There was always seats available. Plenty of parking

Cons: Front desk staff are behind a giant persplex shield so seem distant. Not much interacting with customers. Just check you in and out and done. There is meant to be 2 lifts but we could only find the main one. It is old and slow. We were on the second floor so just used the stairs. The main hallways are a little musky. The carpets need some love.

Great accommodation

Pros: This hotel had everything you need. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was perfect to start he day. The staff lady attending the breakfast area is amazing. The best service ever. Always scanning the room and helping anyone and everyone she can. Thank you for a lovely experience. Free parking onsite was a great bonus. Safe area and close to great shopping.
