Pros: Excellent front desk guys. Very receptive and helpful. At walking distance, very nice restaurants! Big room!

Cons: Room cleaning could be better. Bathtub was new but bath curtain smelled bad… Paid almost the same for the Palazzo at the Venetian in LA at the very same week…

Pros: The hotel is located near the Warner Bros Studios and Universal Studios which is great if you’re visiting those. The room has a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, microwave.

Cons: The hotel is quite pricy.

Immaculate rooms.

Pros: Immaculate perfectly decorated rooms, clean facilities, decent breakfast. Plenty towels. Good free underground parking, easy to access. Convenient Baggage racks in rooms.

Cons: Very low water pressure & flow. Hard to wash long hair. Small towels, no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom near the sink. No hooks on the bedroom doors to hang towels. No way to get a tv guide on the TV. Tvs dated. Noisy air con.

Very clean hotel with lovely big rooms, great staff.

Pros: Lovely big room, very clean the staff were super friendly & helpful when asking for advice. There is a lot of places to eat around the area, very close to Hollywood and Griffiths Observatory. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing really was really surprised by this hotel, maybe a better coffee machine (very minor issue).

Pros: Location was good. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds. Good quality furnishings.

Cons: Washing machine broken. Has been for a while according to reviews. Wi Fi not the best, dropped out and didn't support volte. Shower roses delivered little water.
