Pros: The front desk staff is excellent. The property is clean and very convenient. The bathrooms are next level.

Cons: Keep in mind that if you need the free shuttle to or from the airport, you need to request the service 2 weeks in advance. If you book last minute plan on paying for an Uber or Lift .

Would definitely stay here again, great room - great value

Pros: Close to universal studios, shuttle provided to universal, walking distance to fast food, coffee and CVS. Traveled with two teenagers and felt safe which was important to me. Queen room - 2 beds had a refrigerator, hair dryer provided, bathroom was big and great shower, light up magnified mirror in the bathroom - was really pleased with this hotel especially for the price.

Nice hotel atmosphere

Pros: Nice hotel near airport. Shuttle drivers were professional

Cons: Online booking form for outward shuttle did not work, because we were going to a rental car at the airport and did not have an onward flight number.

Very comfortable and would stay again.

Pros: Good location to Universal City (15 mins drive). Quiet neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff. Reasonable on site Parking.

Pros: Exceedingly polite and nice staff although they didn't help me much with what I needed.

Cons: Safe was broken couldn't get maintenance to come until the middle of the next day couldn't move my room seemed completely unfamiliar with how this saves work now I was just in Waikiki and had things stolen so I want my safe she could not help me but she was an extremely nice woman who wished she could and I will say it was clean and was very reasonable

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly staff.

Pros: The front desk staff and the Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport was great as well. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: We are very sensitive to noise. And while the hotel as a whole was quiet, there was a humming noise that went off and on. Perhaps it was the HVAC system? It was a bit disruptive to our sleep. Please note we were on the third floor.

Pros: Great location with great staff. Excellent room facilities, spacious suite that was well appointed. Shuttle service was excellent where Luis and Jose were fantastic ambassadors.

Perfect and highly recommended.

Pros: Plenty of parking every single staff was amable and gave great customer service. Feel welcome and able to enjoy your self. You truly are able to relax.

Cons: I prefer faster speed elevators but, I know that’s not for everyone.
