Good hotel for Downtown LA

Pros: Excellent staff. Comfortable room. Location if you required access to downtown/Crypto arena for hockey

Cons: Valet only parking, and this was expensive, particularly when it is the next door garage that is used (using this is $18 compared to valet $54 plus tax). Also compulsory $30 destination charge, which is just a hike in room rate for little benefit

Great comfy Hotel, excellent location in DownTown LA

Pros: Very comfortable room with fridge, nice coffee and lovely bathroom. Great location downtown, close to the Metro. The guys at the main entrance are really nice and friendly and gave great advice for travel info.

Cons: Would be nice to have a bottle of complementary drinking water in the room, especially arriving from a long trip.

Pros: The lobby and bar placement were great and the decorations were beautiful. The breakfast was good (but not worth $30 yeesh).

Cons: An extremely overpowering scent in the lobby - it was like breathing a Christmas candle and was choking for anyone sensitive to scents. My room was on the first floor and had a joining door that had no soundproofing. I was wakened at 6am every morning by my neighbor having conference calls (sorry about your layoffs), and kept up late past midnight by his South Park binges on TV. It was clean and well kept otherwise. The bar had three beer choices, all bad ones. Three.

Hilton brand light on the pocket

Pros: well maintained property and fairly good location. pillow variety for a good sleep and adequate channels to drift off to sleep. breakfast energizes you for the day and staff helpful.

Cons: not many food restaurants around and the walk on a hot summers day for food can be exhausting. not everyone wants sandwiches for afternoon and evening. the lower floor rooms have no view and can be blocked by an imposing wall of the next building

Perfect place to avoid a commute back to OC after an LA based event

Pros: It’s a great little hotel just off the edge of skid row.

Cons: The price for valet is high for it being the only option for two petite women who don’t want to talk thru LA at night. The service was friendly and efficient however a bit over priced.

Modern clean room, Friendly staffs, good location.

Pros: Staffs are very nice. Hotel is very safe and they alway have staff at the door at night, Elevator need room key to go up. Easy to find parking arround the hotel.

Cons: Other than the price. All good.

Pros: Good location, 10 min walking distance to Grand Central market, a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Close to metro station. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons: wifi costs 10$. No complimentary water or coffee. rooms are a bit noisy (traffic from outside).
